The hotel was in a great location with friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable but could have been cleaner. The dining options had some room for improvement. Overall, a decent stay for the price.

I arrived a bit late, around 3:40 PM, and still had to wait for my room, but once I got in, I found a modern and clean space with a chaise lounge chair instead of a sofa. The view wasn't of Cooper Street, though. The service really stood out, helping me get a new TV and accommodating my room requests flawlessly. The location was bustling, with easy access to the interstate, restaurants, and bars, although the recent hailstorm left things a bit messy. The dining options were average, but the staff worked hard to make my stay pleasant.
